Flonase SensiMist
Talk with your child’s doctor BEFORE using to make sure it is the best treatment for their symptoms. If appropriate, this is the ONLY nasal spray of it’s kind, both in it’s simple delivery mechanism and FDA approval for kids 2 and up. It’s super easy to spray with a side button, rather than a spring-based top spray. These are all available over-the-counter.
The ONLY difference in the Children’s SensiMist and the Adult SensiMist is the COLOR and labeling. It is the exact same dose of medication, exact same spray mechanism, and both are scent-free.

Check out my VIDEO comparing the different types of spray which can be found on all platforms. If you find it helpful, please share, like, and subscribe/follow to my channels!
For 12 years and up (Including Grownups!)
Again, talk with your doctor BEFORE using these products to ensure appropriate use for symptoms. This is the more common Flonase/Fluticasone, with various options listed.
Sensimist 12+
Similar ergonomic design/delivery mechanism which is UNIQUE to the Flonase brand. As noted above, this is the EXACT SAME as Children’s SensiMist. The recommended dose for adults is 2 sprays, and for children 1 spray.
Aller-Flow (Kirtland) – Cheapest for purchasing in Bulk
Generic Fluticasone Propionate (Pack of 5)

Amazon Basics – Cheapest per bottle
Generic Fluticasone Propionate, Amazon basics brand

Nasal Saline
Your go-to for everything! Not just for times when sick, but for dry air, allergies, smoke and pollution, and general hydration of the nasal passageways, and can be used for ALL AGES from infancy to adulthood with a variety of delivery mechanisms. I tested a multiple brands with my kids and wrote all the details in a separate post HERE, but my TOP recommendations are below:

Nose Frida
Sticking with the Fundamentals: Nasal saline and suctioning. I have never personally used a Nose Frida, but everyone swears by them. I always used the classic bulb suction.

NEWBORN / INFANT
NEWBORN / INFANT
Frida Nail File
If it’s too scary to use nail clippers, use a nail file! This is another great product from Frida with a perfect grain that’s smooth, yet textured enough to trim and file. The curve allows for both leverage and accuracy for an infant nail, but works great for older kids and adults! I love this so much I use it for my own nails!
Owlet
Owlet Dream Sock and Owlet Dream Duo 2
I reached out to Owlet personally and they sent me a free Owlet Duo 2 product to Demo. It is an extremely well-made and high quality product worth considering.
Unboxing Video:
From the manufacturer:
– FDA-Cleared: Intended for healthy infants between 1-18 months, 6-30 lbs.
– Track Live Pulse Rate & Oxygen: View and track your baby’s pulse rate, oxygen, wakings, and sleep trends
– Know When You’re Needed: If your infant’s health readings fall outside the preset ranges, you’ll be notified through lights and sounds on the included Base Station as well as the app.
DISCLAIMER and WARNING: The Owlet Smart Sock is not a medical device. It is not intended for use as a medical device or to replace a medical device. It does not and is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, alleviate or prevent any disease or health condition or investigate, replace or modify anatomy or any physiological process. The notification thresholds on Owlet Smart Sock are not as stringent as a medical monitor.
Grow-With-Me Toothbrush
3 sided toothbrush plus the silicone brush that creates a perfect bite-guard and gap to fit the 3 sided toothbrush inside the mouth. Great for kids who won’t let you brush their teeth or who won’t open their mouth.
DIAPER RASH
Diaper Creams
These are 2 of the the most common ingredients found in most diaper rash creams. They serve as a protective barrier to cover damaged skin from a diaper rash. Most brands produce a similar product and it may take some trial and error to find the brand that works best for your baby’s skin.
Here are some of the most popular/common brands that I would recommend:
- Desitin Maximum Strength – THE Classic, contains 40% Zinc Oxide
- CeraVe Healing Ointment – Always a HIGH QUALITY brand, with Petrolatum to protect, and Ceramides and Hyaluronic Acid to moisturize and heal
- Tubby Todd – EXPENSIVE, but anyone who buys it swears by it
- A&D Ointment – Petrolatum and Lanolin-based
- Boudreaux’s Butt Paste – Well-known classic Zinc Oxide-based cream
- Aquaphor Healing Paste – Non-pasty, Zinc Oxide-based cream
Click on each image for a direct link:
Diaper Cream Brush/Spatula
Sick of getting your hands dirty applying diaper cream? Worry no more with this soft, yet durable, diaper cream spatula made of silicone so it is easy to wipe clean, wash, or sterilize. Once you try it, you’ll never go back!
Baza Cleanse & Protect Spray
Pediatrician recommended and great for sensitive infant bottoms. Helps both to loosen the stool and reduce the smell before wiping, as well as protect the skin after wiping by creating a protective layer. Can be used in addition to other diaper creams.
Active Ingredient: Dimethicone.
Peri Bottle / Portable Bidet / Spray
If your baby’s skin is very irritated, wiping can sometimes make it WORSE. In those cases, washing with water to reduce wiping can really help their irritated skin.
CRADLE CAP
Cradle Cap, also known as Seborrheic Dermatitis, is very common in babies and is usually harmless. But when it overgrows it can create thick, greasy, scales on the scalp that can be irritating and itchy. You should also AVOID perfumes, coconut oil, and petrolatum (Vaseline) since these can worsen cradle cap.
Happy Cappy Shampoo
A well-known brand developed by a Pediatrician. This set has the medicated cradle cap shampoo with Pyrithione Zinc and a daily shampoo to use on alternate days
Frida Cradle Cap 3-in-1
Don’t let that cradle cap build up on your baby! While any brush or comb will do the job, Frida is one of the only products that combines all 3 tools into 1. Always innovating!

SOLID FOOD

Puree Pouches
Other than purchasing from the store, here are some great options for storing homemade baby foods and an easy-to-use pouch.
Constipation Drops
It is very likely your child will get constipated at some point during solid food introduction. Prune puree is a great thing to introduce early on to help their stools stay regular.
In addition to prune puree or prune juice, Mommy’s Bliss Constipation Drops are another option to try with one of the key ingredients also being prunes! Be sure to talk with your pediatrician BEFORE using these for your infant to ensure appropriate diagnosis and dosing.

PACK AND PLAYS
Graco Pack and Play
The classic OG Pack and Play from basic to fancy
Baby Trend
VERY similar to Graco and typically lower in price, but still a quality brand.
CAR SEATS
Graco 3-in-1 Carseat
Converts from infant through toddler
Evenflo Revolve 360 Extend All-in-one Rotational Car Seat
Incredibly innovative design that will take you from infant to toddler and make getting in and out of the car incredibly easy with the rotation ability
Baby Trend EZ-Lift Infant Car Seat
Least expensive option available, but is an infant-only option.
BOOSTER SEATS
Your child must meet minimum weight requirements and be at least 2 years old. There are numerous inexpensive options. Check it out HERE
Infant Bouncer
Include baby in your workouts and be hands free! Be sure to maintain safe distance between your weights and infant location. I used a similar bouncer when my kids were babies.

Infant Swing
Include baby in your workouts and be hands free! Be sure to maintain safe distance between your weights and infant location.

Infant CLASSIC Swing
Rack attached or Ceiling attached DIY. DO NOT attempt if you are unable to safely attach and secure with appropriate tools, skills, equipment, mounting materials, and supports. Safety first!

MOUTH / TEETH
MOUTH / TEETH
Grow-With-Me Toothbrush
While you’re training in the gym and developing consistent, good habits, why not start developing the same consistent, good habits for your infant with Grow With Me training toothbrush.
If you need to replace one item in the set, they can be purchased separately, but if purchasing for the first time, I would highly recommend getting the full set.
TOOTHPASTE
The general recommendation is to brush your child’s teeth with a very small amount of Fluoride-containing toothpaste as soon as they start getting teeth. Toothpaste containing Hydroxyapatite and Xylitol are safe alternatives.
Happy Tooth – Hydroxyapatite
Created by a local Utah dentist, Dr. Hanks, this toothpaste is Hydroxyapatite based which is great for babies, toddlers, and kids because it is safe to swallow! I reached out to them and they offered me a discount code for 10% off!
Use code “JOSHMAX” or go directly by going to https://tryhappytooth.com/JOSHMAX
Or you can go to Amazon to purchase it HERE
Unicorn Sparkle (Bubble Gum) – Fluoride
Fluoride based toothpaste that I typically buy for my kids
Tubby Todd – Xylitol
Xylitol option from a well-known pediatric brand
TEETHING
RaZbaby RaZberry Teether Pacifier
This is a great transition pacifier! Once teeth start coming in, many infants start to chew rather than suck their pacifier, but do not obtain the necessary relief because it is soft. Not to mention, continued use of a pacifier can lead to tooth and palate deformities.
The RaZbaby RaZberry is a great transition teether pacifier that can be used to provide the necessary teething relief AND remove the habit/dependency on a pacifier.
Check out some of their other teether options HERE

Frida Not-Too-Cold-To-Hold Teether
Added by popular demand, these teethers are a perfect little tool for those little teeth! Also a great substitute to eliminate bottles and pacifiers.

Mouth Guards
Check out these Adult “Teethers” (mouth guards) from AIRWAAV.
I personally use the AIRWAAV RX1 Recovery which is designed specifically for sleep. It helps with improved tongue positioning and also serves as a night guard if you grind your teeth. Over the past few months since using this, I have seen a notable improvement in my quality of sleep. They have other mouth guards as well designed for sport and lifting.

You can also find ARK Therapeutics on Amazon HERE, but the 15% discount code only woks on their website directly.
Aquaphor Lotion Stick (Peri-oral)
An unexpected addition to the “Oral Care” group, but a PERFECT solution for kids with dry lips or redness around the mouth from licking their lips frequently.

SKIN
SKIN
Aquaphor Lotion Stick
This is the perfect pocket size lotion stick for all ages! I use it for myself and for my kids. They each have one in their backpack, in just about every room in the house, and at work. It can be used anywhere on the body, but it is great for the hands and face, especially around the mouth.
Keratosis Pilaris
Trying to get rid of those small white bumps? It’s probably Keratosis Pilaris (aka KP). The creams containing AHA (lactic acid and glycolic acid), BHA (salicylic acid), and/or 20% urea have the most efficacy. You should experiment to find what works best for you and your skin type.
These can increase sun sensitivity and make you more prone to sunburn, especially AHA lotions, so be sure to wear SUNSCREEN,
After trialing multiple products, here are my top recommendations:
AHA – AmLactin (Lactic Acid)
ACNE
CeraVe
I am NOT sponsored by CeraVe, but as someone with sensitive and dry skin, bad acne as a teenager, and sunburns easily, CeraVe has everything I need. You can probably find similar products, but I personally only use CeraVe. Be sure to talk with your doctor or dermatologist to ensure these recommendations are right for you and your specific skin condition.
Step 1 – Face Wash
Start with a Gentle Cleanser, then use Benzoyl Peroxide as your go-to acne facewash. I prefer the 10% Maximum Strength, but if your skin is sensitive and dries out easily, you can either use this every other day, or use the lower 4% version.

Step 2 – Morning AM Lotion
After washing, you need something to moisturize and protect. If you’re using any benzoyl peroxide or retinoid creams, you also need SUNSCREEN since those make you more sensitive to sunburn. I finally found a product that has it all! The CeraVe Skin Renewing Day Cream which includes encapsulated retinol, SPF 30 Sunscreen, Ceramides, and Hyaluronic Acid, and feels great! If you’re only going to choose ONE product from this list of Acne creams, THIS IS THE ONE! 10/10 recommend.

Step 3 – Bedtime PM Lotion
This is an excellent evening acne cream to use for moisturizing and acne prevention, and is very similar to the Day cream above. If you notice skin sensitivity or photosensitivity (sun burns) you may need to cut back a bit on the AM/PM retinol use and Benzoyl Peroxide wash. Be sure to talk with your doctor or dermatologist to determine the best skin care strategy for your particular skin type and skin needs!

Acne Guidelines (Updated 2024)
When discussing Acne treatments with your doctor, be sure to ask them about the most recent Acne Treatment Guidelines by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD). The image below is for education and reference only, and your specific case should be discussed with your doctor. Keep in mind that many of the treatments listed are by prescription only, and may require a referral to a dermatologist from your Primary Care Provider.

EYE (OPTIC)
EYES
Artificial Tears
To ensure appropriate use, always check with your medical provider first, but these are typically safe across all ages to use similar to lotion for the skin.
Some common uses include cleaning out “sleepy dust” or “eye crusties” for babies and young kids, dry and itchy eyes, pink eye that does NOT need antibiotic drops such as viral conjunctivitis (see your doctor first to confirm), among other uses.
Stye and Eyelid Cleanser
To ensure appropriate use, always check with your medical provider first, but these are typically safe across all ages to use similar to lotion for the skin.
Some common uses include cleaning out “sleepy dust” or “eye crusties” for babies and young kids, dry and itchy eyes, pink eye that does NOT need antibiotic drops such as viral conjunctivitis (see your doctor first to confirm), among other uses.
SUPPLEMENTS
SUPPLEMENTS
In general, supplements and vitamins are unnecessary except for specific reasons, or unless otherwise directed by your healthcare provider. Always talk with your doctor before starting any supplement to ensure safety, age-appropriate dosing, and potential interference with other medications (aka drug-drug interactions).
I prefer supplements that contain only the specific vitamin I want for the specific benefit I am looking for, and recommend avoiding multivitamins or supplements with multiple different vitamins. Instead, focus on a balanced diet of protein, fiber (fruits/vegetables), and water, and use specific supplements/vitamins as needed or as directed by your doctor.
AVOID GUMMIES since these are more likely to get stuck in teeth and cause cavities, especially if given at night. Also avoid any supplement that uses the words “proprietary blend” since with this wording, they do not have to disclose the specific ingredients or amounts used.
VITAMIN D
Discuss with your healthcare provider BEFORE starting any supplementation to ensure appropriate dosing and safety, which can change for a number of reasons such as diet (including formula), time of year, sun exposure, age, weight, etc.
In general, these are the recommended doses if you or your child have NO risk factors or deficiency:
- Infants and Children 400 IU
- Adolescents and Adults 600-800 IU
- Over 71 years of age 800 IU
The biggest issue I have is that is is very difficult to find 600 IU or 800 IU supplements for purchase, and the most common for adults is sold as either 1,000 IU or 2,000 IU. For the majority of healthy individuals, these are considered safe doses to take daily based on studies and recommendations from different professional organizations, although you may consider skipping a day or two during the week. Also, depending on your location, you may need to increase your daily Vitamin D intake during winter months. Again, always speak with your doctor to ensure appropriate dosing.
But, guess what?! LIFE HACK! Everyone can use the infant drops or children’s chewables! Just double the dose and you get 800 IU which is closer to the 600 IU recommended dose.
Mommy’s Bliss Vitamin D Drops 400 IU
Easy to use dropper with about 100 doses per bottle. Suspended in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) which helps with absorption of the Vitamin D
Other Options (depending on preference)
FOR GROWNUPS
Vitamin D + Magnesium + L-Theanine + Ashwaganda
This HERPBY MAGNESIUM COMPLEX supplement is one that I actually take on a daily basis. Reminder, this does not constitute medical advice and you should ALWAYS consult with your own doctor before starting, especially if you take other medications to ensure no drug-drug interactions.
I personally use this for the mental benefits of Magnesium, L-theanine, and Ashwaganda, the recovery benefits of Magnesium, and appropriately dosed Vitamin D (500 IU per capsule)
1,000 IU Vitamin D Capsules
There are a lot of options available, but I like this brand as it is reasonably priced, in an opaque bottle (transparent bottles can lose potency), and with olive oil.

MAGNESIUM
Limited data for sleep, but there are some potential benefits, as well as potential benefits to prevent muscle cramps/growing pains. I like this option since it uses XYLITOL as a sweetener which is good for teeth, similar to fluoride, and is used in many toothpastes and chewing gum. Please, DO NOT buy gummies since these can get stuck in kids’ teeth and cause cavities

FOR GROWNUPS
MAG R&R
I’ve been using this product for the past few months mostly after intense workouts, skiing, long hikes, etc., and lives up to its claims of preventing muscle cramps and promoting sleep. I used to get “Charlie Horse” cramps at night after intense training sessions, but haven’t had a single one since I started using this product! I love the combination of high quality Magnesium and low dose Melatonin for nighttime use, as well as some other quality ingredients. The recommended dose is 3 capsules, but I usually only use 1 capsule and still get a similar benefit, especially since I use this in combination with the HERBPY MAGNESIUM COMPLEX in the morning as mentioned above in the Vitamin D section.
IRON
Discuss with your healthcare provider BEFORE starting any supplementation to ensure appropriate dosing and safety. Hemoglobin levels are routinely checked at the 12 and 24 month well-child checks, and the most common cause of low hemoglobin is low iron. This section is to provide over the counter iron replacement therapy options for children in this age range since it is often difficult to find vitamins with sufficient amounts of iron. For reference, the usual iron replacement therapy (treatment) dose is 3-6mg/kg/day and the exact amount should be confirmed with your child’s doctor.
Iron is best taken with Vitamin C (orange juice or Vitamin C tablet) and NEVER with milk since Calcium can interfere with Iron absorption.
Nova Ferrum YUMMY! Liquid Iron (15mg/mL)
Raspberry or Chocolate flavors
You+Yours Iron Powder (15mg/scoop)
Tiny scoop that easily mixes into liquid without changing the flavor or texture
Motion Sickness
Whether it be during day to day car rides, roller coasters, or a cruise, being motion sick is no fun, especially not for your kids. Here are some common motion-sick medications for kids, but be sure to speak with your chid’s doctor to make sure they are appropriate to use for the intended situation.
Dramamine
Only for use in kids 2 and up.
Ginger Gummies
Natural and safe to use for kids. Caution as this can be a choking hazard for younger children
Electrolytes
WATER is always best. Your goal should be to stay hydrated throughout the day and refill your water bottle 2-3 times. I find it easiest to get a LEAKPROOF water bottle that you can take with you anywhere, with a STRAW that lets you take sips throughout the day.
Here are some of mine and my kids’ favorites:
Transparent Labs Hydrate Electrolyte Formula
High quality and similarly priced cost per ounce compared to other options
Venture Pal Electrolyte Mix
Balanced electrolyte mix with multiple flavor options. Inexpensive cost per oz compared to most other options
Creatine
Creatine is a widely used, generally safe supplement with extensive studies proving its safety and effectiveness. However, these studies have been done mostly with relation to muscle growth and recovery. Creatine has not been widely studied in other situations, but there is emerging evidence showing its effectiveness outside of gym and exercise.
Specifically, studies have begun to show benefits for improving alertness in sleep deprivation, and in other areas such as mood, concussion recovery, and headaches, but research is limited at this time. Therefore, no established dosing or long-term use has been established and more research is needed. Discuss with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.
Psyllium Husk Powder
A natural fiber and prebiotic source that works similar to Miralax with about 70% soluble fiber and 30% insoluble fiber. Easy to mix with water, yogurt, smoothies, etc. with minimal added taste. Can be difficult to find at grocery stores and is often sold in capsules rather than bulk powder. Perfect for gut health or relieving constipation symptoms.
CONSTIPATION
CONSTIPATION
In this category, it is EXTREMELY important to speak with your doctor FIRST before using these products. Your physician may recommend a CONSTIPATION CLEANOUT which often includes a combination of the medications listed below.

Constipation
Dr. Maxwell’s Constipation Guide
MiraLax (Polyethylene Glycol)
The classic OG stool softener. This softens stool by pulling extra water into the intestines and softening the stool. It says “flavorless” but my kids always seem to taste some mysterious flavor that I cannot taste myself. HOWEVER, I found an ORANGE flavored version that is listed below!
Pedialax Suppository
Be sure to talk with your pediatrician BEFORE using these for your child. Although these can be purchased over the counter, these are here for reference only and should only be used occasionally.
Senna
Senna is most often used in bowel cleanout regimens as directed by a doctor. Be sure to get the correct dose from your doctor before taking. The liquid syrup for kids (8.6mg/5mL) is typically a prescription from your child’s doctor, but it is also sold over the counter, but can sometimes be hard to find.
EvacuLax Kids
Contains both Senna AND Prunes! And Strawberry flavored!
Be sure to obtain the appropriate dose from your doctor BEFORE using.
5mL = 37.5mg Senna
(1mL = 7.5mg Senna)
GenCare Senna – also sold at WalMart
“Unflavored” 8.8mg/5mL
GenCare Gummies
I don’t usually recommend using gummies, especially at night. But the variety of options here can sometimes be really important for kids with chronic constipation. Be sure to obtain the correct dose from your doctor BEFORE using.
Each gummy contains 8.7mg of Senna.
Chocolate Flavored Senna
8.8mg/5mL
PruneLax/CirueLax Jam
An edible alternative to the options above. Not only contains Senna, but contains other ingredients including Prunes, Flax Seeds, and Honey.
1 teaspoon = 27.7mg Senna
Infant Constipation Drops
Be sure to talk with your pediatrician BEFORE using these for your infant. One of the key ingredients is PRUNES!
SHOES
SHOES
Shoes nowadays are NOT designed for normal foot anatomy or natural foot movement. The majority of name-brand shoes do not have a barefoot shoe option, and are primarily designed for fashion or specific sport function. In combination with increased time sitting, less time outdoors, and flat/hard walking surfaces, our movement ability becomes more and more limited and younger and younger ages. This is why I HIGHLY recommend barefoot-style shoes with a wide toe-box, no arch support, flexibility, and a zero-drop heel. As much as I would like to wear my name-brand shoes, after switching to barefoot shoes, my feet feel crushed and I can no longer wear them comfortably. My feet don’t hurt after standing and walking all day long, and I have improved balance, feel, range of motion, and proprioception of my feet and ankles.
Check out this article I’ve written over on my Rebel Strong blog:
Tiny Explorings
I’ve seen multiple patients come into my office wearing these and they all LOVE them! I wish they made bigger sizes for older kids and adults too, but they only go up to size 2-4 years.
I reached out to them and they provided me with a direct affiliate link and discount code for 10% off by using code “REBELSTRONG” at checkout. They frequently run deals where you only pay for the cost of shipping.
Whitin
A budget-friendly option and very comfortable with styles and sizes from toddler to adult. I own multiple pairs of Whitin shoes and they are one of my everyday go-to shoes for home and at the office. They have TONS of different styles and colors so go check it out!
Xero Shoes
Limited options for kids, but this is my personal favorite shoe brand and I own multiple pairs of Xero Shoes including everyday shoes, gym shoes, hiking boots, snow boots, and sandals. These are extremely well made shoes and are much more affordable compared to some of the other big brand barefoot shoes like Vivo Barefoot.
If the option you are looking for is unavailable, check back in a few days to weeks since they are regularly updating their inventory and it’s usually temporary.
LAUNDRY
LAUNDRY
I always suggest perfume-free soaps and detergents, particularly for anyone with sensitive skin, and especially for kids. Here are some of my other favorites:
Miss Mouth’s Stain Treater
BEST! STAIN! REMOVER! EVER! I’ve used it myself and it actually works! Can be used in combination with a simple 2:1 mix of vinegar and water in a spray bottle and can be used on any food stain, smelly stain, armpit stains, etc. But be careful if using this or if using vinegar with Sodium Percarbonate below as the chemical reaction can bleach clothing

Earth Breeze Eco Sheets
This is the Laundry Detergent I use! I definitely use the subscription option so I never forget to buy laundry detergent. I love the fact that it reduces the plastic burden from big laundry detergent containers, and has a fragrance-free option. There are other similar products to this that you can find easily, or simply purchase the fragrance-free laundry detergent option from the store.

SODIUM PERCARBONATE (OXYGEN BLEACH)
If you’re new to Sodium Percarbonate (aka Oxygen Bleach) it’s time to get on board! Gets rid of gym clothes smells and stains, and leaves your clothes soft and with no detergent buildup. Use in combination with a perfume-free laundry detergent.

Here’s an article from the Laundry Evangelist for 10 uses around the home.
LINK – “10 WAYS TO USE OXYGEN BLEACH”
You can also find specific instructions in the product description of the Oxygen Bleach listing and purchase directly there.
LINK – LAUNDRY EVANGELIST OXYGEN BLEACH
FYI I have no affiliate or sponsor relations with the Laundry Evangelist, but his blog and tips are fantastic!
Check out the following variations that I use:
Sodium Percarbonate (2 lb and 50lb options)

OxiClean
Similar, but not 100% pure Sodium Percarbonate since it also contains Sodium Carbonate, which means it is less concentrated (and probably cheaper to produce). Oxiclean also contains perfume and fragrance, but is also sold as a Fragrance Free option (LINK HERE). Personally, I like to make a 50/50 mix of half Sodium Percarbonate and half Oxiclean for just a touch of fragrance.

Wool Dryer Balls
LAUNDRY HACK – STOP. USING. DRYER. SHEETS! Use 3-4 fist-size balls of Aluminum Foil PLUS Wool Dryer Balls like these listed here. Dryer sheets get rid of static by releasing oils and chemicals which build up in your clothes and, over time, makes it more difficult to wash, and transfers directly to your skin which can cause irritation. I never knew something as simple as aluminum foil could get rid of dryer static! It legit works!

EXERCISE
EXERCISE
Slack Block
A great way to get up off the couch and move while gaming or watching your favorite show!
I have one at my desk and use it regularly while I am working.

Nugget Play Couch
I don’t have an affiliate link or discount for the Nugget Couch, but it’s a great way to get kids to be both active AND creative at home. Also great for infants learning to crawl and walk to develop balance and equilibrium to overcome the fear of falling and eliminate primitive startle and moro reflexes.

The Nugget is NOT sold on Amazon, but here is a very similar product
Exercise Bike
Now you can get in some movement at the same time as gaming or watching your favorite show! You don’t have to give up screen time completely, just do this AT THE SAME TIME!
Balance Board
LEVEL UP your gaming or screen time with a balance board! Easy to put in any room and use at the same time to add more daily movement .

While I don’t recommend screen time in general, in our current society it is inevitable. If you do, then I specifically recommend games that are designed for active movement such as Beat Saber, or PowerBeatsVR, but my personal favorite is REAKT Performance Trainer which is specifically designed for training including reaction time, hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and more based on technology originally developed for athletes.
REMINDER to LIMIT screen time including VR.
